The maintenance work on the trouble ticket system GOTRS of the GWDG has been completed. Unfortunately, they lasted longer than planned due to unexpected problems.The system is fully available again.

On 15.04.2021 between 5:00 p.m. and approx. 7:00 p.m. the GWDG trouble ticket system GOTRS will be under maintenance. While it still will be possible to send requests as usual to our service hotline at support@gwdg.de , no automatic responses or ticket processing will take place, so some delays may be expected. The new president of the Georg-August University of Göttingen, Professor Dr. Metin Tolan, will take office on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 7 p.m. in a ceremonial event. Due to the pandemic, the event will be broadcast live from the Aula am Wilhelmsplatz.

Dr. Valérie Schüller, Vice President for Finance and Human Resources and currently acting President of the University, will welcome the guests.
